Banana Java Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a Banana Java taste, with a sweet and fruity profile, with a delicate vanilla note.

Inspired by the Blue Java banana with its blue skin, it gives a light blue banana and vanilla gelato: an eye-catching flavour for children.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40 g per kg of mix.
