Turkish Delight Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a Turkish delight taste, with a floral and delicate profile, with a rose note.

Inspired by the Turkish rose sweet, it brings a floral, original flavour to the display case: it pairs with pistachio and white chocolate, and being vegan it also works on water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40 g per kg of mix.
