Cioccogel 150 with Fats Rubicone is a milk powder base for chocolate artisan gelato, complete and with cocoa butter: just add milk and sugar, with hot processing.

Complete and with cocoa butter, it is made with the hot process using only milk and sugar: it gives a structured chocolate gelato to enrich with pastes or cocoa.

Ideal for: cream gelato and fior di latte to customise in the gelato lab.

Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in the milk, pasteurise and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 150 g per 1 L of milk.

Processing: hot.
