Elenka’s Rose di Riviera Paste gives gelato the full fragrance of roses.

A delicate, fresh and elegant taste, also ideal in pastry for creams. It is one of the ingredients of the Rosalia kit.

DOSAGE
Gelato: 40 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 40 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
