DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Elenka’s Arancia Sanguinella captures the distinctive taste of Sicilian blood oranges and is ideal for drinks and granitas.

It can also be used to enhance and stabilise flavour in recipes with fresh or frozen juices, intensifying and evening out the orange aroma.

DOSAGE
Drinks: 1000 g of water + 300 g of sugar + 50 g of Geloin + 40 g of Arancia Sanguinella.
Granitas: 1000 g of water + 150 g of sugar + 50 g of Arancia Sanguinella.
As a flavour enhancer: 25 g.
