Honey Dessert Topping Sauce Pregel is a honey topping sauce for artisan gelato and desserts.

A soft, warm colour, a sweet, fragrant taste and unique smoothness: unlike plain honey it does not crystallise on contact with gelato, ideal on yogurt, ricotta and nuts. It is part of the Pregel toppings, fluid sauces for garnishing sundaes, sorbets, frozen yogurt, soft serve and milkshakes, with a gentle honey flavour.

Ideal for: yogurt and ricotta sundaes, crêpes and desserts.

Features: does not crystallise on gelato, gluten-free.

Directions: pour as desired over gelato, sundaes and desserts.
