Tropical Blue Granita Syrup is a fresh, thirst-quenching offer for bars, kiosks and gelato shops in the warm months; it brings one more granita to the counter with little labour.

Ideal for: colourful granita and kids' slush.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: mix the syrup with the neutral granita mix and pour into the machine.

Dosage: 250 g per 1 kg of neutral mix.
