Hazelnut Imperiale Gelato Paste Leagel is made from strongly roasted Italian hazelnuts: it stands out for its deep colour and bold flavour, perfect for full-bodied hazelnut gelato.

The gelato is dark; it pairs with chocolate variegates and hazelnut crumble and also suits the bacio flavour and semifreddi.

Ideal for: intense hazelnut gelato, bacio and semifreddi.

Features: Italian hazelnuts, strong roast, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of mix.
