Cheesecake Pregel is a fat-free cheesecake flavouring powder for artisan gelato.

It faithfully reproduces all the creaminess and taste of the famous American cake: perfect with red fruit variegates and also useful for flavouring pastry creations. Being fat-free, it does not weigh down the base mix, and its creamy cheese note works in both gelato and semifreddi.

Ideal for: cheesecake gelato, pairings with red fruit, pastry.
