Fortefrutto Green Apple C Pregel is a green apple concentrated paste for artisan gelato, with an intense colour.

The fruit of Eden concentrated in a high-quality paste: it gives fresh, sweet sorbets with the tangy finish of the best green apples, also perfect with cinnamon and caramel.

Ideal for: green apple sorbet, fruit sundaes and summer gelato.

Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.

Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
