Cola Gelato Paste Leagel is a sugary paste for artisan gelato with the characteristic taste of cola, used on a fruit base.

Cola flavour instantly attracts children and teenagers: on a fruit base it gives an amber sorbet, also perfect for granitas and summer ice lollies. The sugary paste reproduces the taste of the best-loved soft drink and is processed cold.

Ideal for: cola sorbet, granitas and ice lollies.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
