Sprint Yogurt Greek Pregel is a Greek yogurt ready base for artisan gelato, made with milk.

The full, bold taste of Greek yogurt becomes a compact, creamy gelato that coats the palate with every spoonful: perfect with honey, nuts and fruit variegates.

Ideal for: Greek yogurt gelato, sundaes with honey and fruit, soft serve.

Features: complete powder, gluten-free.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: artisan gelato 400 g per 1 litre of milk; soft serve 320 g per 1 litre of milk and yogurt.

Processing: cold.
