It is mixed with water and gives a fresh, light frozen yogurt, to serve with fruit, crunchy toppings and sauces.
Ideal for: frozen yogurt and soft serve.
Recommended pairings: fresh fruit, crumbles and toppings.
Features: complete soft serve base, prepared with water.
Directions: dissolve the base in room-temperature water, blend and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 2 kg of product + 4 L of water.
