Frozen Soft Yogurt NSA Rubicone is a no-added-sugar soft serve gelato base: powder mix for professional frozen yogurt with a yogurt taste, made with water only.
The classic frozen yogurt taste, fresh and tangy, with no added sugar: a light base to finish with fresh fruit and toppings.
Ideal for: frozen yogurt cups, soft-serve cones and topped bowls.
Features: for soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 L of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
