DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Sprint Melaverde N Pregel is a green apple ready base for artisan gelato, made with water.
It gives a fresh, thirst-quenching gelato fragrant with green apple, with the fruit's typical tangy note: a light summer flavour, in the tray and from the soft serve machine.
Ideal for: green apple sorbet, soft serve and fruit sundaes.
Features: water-based, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: artisan gelato 440 g per 1 litre of water; soft serve 365 g per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
