Easy Liquorice Amarelli Leagel is a ready-to-use powder base for artisan gelato that releases all the intensity of real Italian Amarelli liquorice: creamy, versatile, perfect in the display and in soft-serve machines.
The gelato is black and recognisable at first taste; it is made with water for the display case or the soft serve machine.
Ideal for: liquorice gelato, pairings with mint and citrus.

Directions: mix with water and churn.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of water.
