DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Easy Crema Fiorentina Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: the ancient 16th-century Florentine custard, in an egg-free version.
It is delicate and vanilla-scented: with 330 g per litre of milk it is ready in minutes, also for the soft serve machine.
Ideal for: custard gelato, sundaes with amarena cherries and zuppa inglese.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 330 g of product per 1 L of milk.
Processing: hot, at 85 °C or cold.
