Ready Hazelnut Rubicone is a gelato base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a hazelnut taste, made with milk.

The hazelnut is already balanced in the base: with milk you get a creamy, roasted gelato to finish with chopped hazelnuts. A high-quality product containing pure hazelnut flour.

Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.

Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: 1.25 kg with 2.7 L of milk.
