DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Mint Essenziale Gelato Paste Toschi is an artisan gelato paste for white mint gelato, made with essential mint oil, for a fresh, naturally fragrant gelato without the classic green colour.
Essential mint gives a white gelato with a fresh, natural aroma, more elegant than classic green mint: finish it with dark chocolate flakes or pair it with lemon and berries.
Ideal for: white mint gelato, mint chocolate, semifreddi and gelato cocktails.
Features: essential mint, white gelato, no green colouring.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of gelato.
