Aymara Cioccolatte Lactose Free Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan lactose-free milk chocolate gelato, ready with boiling water.

It lets you offer the round taste of milk chocolate to lactose-intolerant customers too, and is vegan.

Ideal for: lactose-free milk chocolate and vegan menus.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.7 kg of product + 2.3 L of boiling water.

Processing: hot.
