Oreo Crumbs by Mondelez are the original Oreo cocoa cookies, without the cream filling, crushed into small, even pieces. Ready to use, with no crushing needed, they work both as an ingredient and as a topping in gelato shops, bakeries, pastry shops and coffee shops.

For ice cream and gelato: one 400 g bag for a 4 kg tub. Mix the crumbs into a fior di latte or vanilla base for cookies and cream ice cream, or ripple them in with a black cookie cream. They are also a great topping for tubs, cones and sundaes.
