DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
In Elenka’s Frulight Base, fructose and glucose replace sucrose as sweeteners, with lasting structure and creaminess.
It is designed for gelato makers using fresh or frozen fruit: just add water for an excellent fruit gelato, stable in the tub and scoopable over time. Cold process.
DOSAGE: 1200 g of Frulight + 1200 g of water + 1600 g of fresh or frozen fruit.
PACKAGING: 3 kg bag.
