Elenka’s Pure Montalbano Hazelnut Paste is a pure paste of Sicilian hazelnuts, with no flavourings and no added whole hazelnuts.
This pure version replaces the Montalbano hazelnut paste, reaching levels of excellence and lending itself to fine pastry such as creams, mousses and pralines.
DOSAGE: 80/100 g per litre of mix.
PACKAGING: 5.5 kg bucket.
