Elenka’s Il Siciliano Kit contains everything you need for the famous special flavour “Siciliano”: a Sicilian almond gelato, enriched with mandarin and the intense taste of Sicilian pistachio.
The kit contains: Sicilian Almond Paste (3 kg), Fantafrutta Pistachio (2.5 kg), Almond Brittle (2 kg), Mandarin Flavouring Paste (2 x 1 kg bottles). Flavour tag and T-shirt included in the box.
RECIPE: 820 g of base mix + 90 g of Sicilian Almond Paste + 90 g of cream. Ripple with Fantafrutta Pistachio, Mandarin Flavouring Paste and Almond Brittle.
