Its fresh, slightly tangy taste is perfect with Selezione Prestige ripples: raspberry, passion fruit, mixed berries or Signor Strudel.

Ideal for: quark gelato and fruit cheesecake.

Directions: add to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
