DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Cheesecake Tutto Ricotta is a complete powder base for artisan gelato with the characteristic taste of cheesecake, with cream powder.
With boiling water and sugar it is ready in no time; it is excellent with red fruit ripples and is also used for Sicilian cassata gelato.
Ideal for: cheesecake flavour, cassata and fruit cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve base and sugar in boiling water, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water + 250 g of sugar.
