Martini Gelato Dark Stracciatella with Modica PGI Chocolate is a dark stracciatella with Modica PGI chocolate, for artisan gelato with a crunchy effect.
It is the ripple of the Aymara Raw Modica line, but also works on fior di latte, almond and orange for Sicilian-style flavours.
Ideal for: Modica chocolate, Sicilian flavours and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: melt and drizzle onto the gelato at the end of churning or in the pan.
