Martini Gelato Aymara Raw Dark Kit is a kit for artisan dark chocolate gelato with Modica PGI chocolate, for its characteristic raw texture.
It combines Aymara raw dark base and dark stracciatella with Modica PGI chocolate: the final ripple makes the flavour even crunchier.
Ideal for: Modica chocolate, Sicilian flavours and vegan menus.
Kit contents: Aymara raw dark base with Modica PGI chocolate and dark stracciatella with Modica PGI chocolate.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water, allow to cool, batch-freeze and ripple with the stracciatella.
Dosage: 1 bag of base + 2.2 kg of boiling water; ripple with 200 g of stracciatella.
Processing: hot.
