DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts Master Martini are roasted hazelnuts chopped to 2/4 mm, from the Le Toste range, with a refined aroma and taste.
Roasting gives the typical golden colour and an irresistible crunch; use it to decorate desserts and gelato and as an inclusion in creams, pralines and fillings.
Ideal for: decorating pastry and gelato, pralines and fillings.
Recommended pairings: chocolate, gianduia and hazelnut creams.
