DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Stickaway Pure Pistachio is a crunchy pistachio coating with a generous chocolate content, designed for perfect gelato sticks and signature stracciatella. It can also be used to ripple trays and coat semifreddi and single portions.
Stickaway Pure Pistachio is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Dolce Incontro recipe, together with Pasta Crema della Nonna and Pasta Limone Primofiore Comp.A.
Ideal for: gelato sticks, pistachio stracciatella, semifreddi and coated single portions.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, high chocolate content, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
