Leagel Stickaway Cioccolato al Latte is a crunchy coating with 65% milk chocolate and cocoa butter, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Stickaway Cioccolato al Latte is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Cremino Dubai Caramel recipe, together with Caramello al burro salato and Variegato Choco Kadayif - Pistacchio; it also appears in Cremino Dubai Chocolate.
Ideal for: classic sticks, Dubai Chocolate gelato and stracciatella.
Features: 65% milk chocolate, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
