DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Stickaway Caramello is a crunchy caramel chocolate coating, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Stickaway Caramello is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Caramel Chocoberry recipe, together with Box Maxilatte and Variegato Mirtillo; it also appears in Crème Parisienne.
Ideal for: vanilla, salted caramel and banana sticks.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
