DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
This Leagel Stickaway Pure Pistachio is designed for high-output labs making stracciatella and sticks: a white chocolate and pistachio coating with 15% pure pistachio paste and 50% white chocolate and cocoa butter.
In the Leagel Dolce Incontro recipe, Stickaway Pure Pistachio is paired with Pasta Crema della Nonna and Pasta Limone Primofiore Comp.A.
Ideal for: stracciatella trays, sticks and single portions in batches.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
