DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Stracciatella coating is the classic dark chocolate coating that, drizzled over gelato, breaks into the typical stracciatella flakes.
In the Leagel Croccante all'Amarena recipe, Stracciatella coating is paired with Glucosil (non c’è nella carrellata degli ingredienti) and Variegato Cherry Red; it also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches.
Ideal for: fior di latte, cream and mint stracciatella.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
