Leagel Stickaway Fragola is a crunchy strawberry white chocolate coating, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Stickaway Fragola also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches, widening the display offer; it breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella.
Ideal for: fior di latte, cream and kids' sticks.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
