Leagel Stickaway Nocciola pura is a crunchy white chocolate coating with pure hazelnut, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
In the Leagel Cuor di Nocciola recipe, Stickaway Nocciola pura is paired with Pasta Nocciola Principe and Loveria Bianca; it breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella.
Ideal for: gianduja and bacio sticks, hazelnut stracciatella.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
