Leagel Stickaway Fondente is a crunchy coating with 80% dark chocolate, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
In the Leagel Cremino Caramel Choco Chip Cookie recipe, Stickaway Fondente is paired with Pasta Muffin and Crumble Classico al Burro; it also appears in Mozartkugel.
Ideal for: vanilla and mint sticks, classic stracciatella.
Features: 80% dark chocolate, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
