Martini Gelato Gentle-Green Mint Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with a delicate mint taste and a soft colour, made with natural colourings.
Its natural-looking pale green suits those who prefer a less vivid mint; pair it with Black Kiss, with lime ripple for a mojito or with dark stracciatella.
Ideal for: delicate mint, mojito and mint chocolate.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
