Martini Gelato Superior Dark Stracciatella is a coating for artisan gelato with 64% dark chocolate, designed for an intensely flavoured stracciatella.

Drizzled onto gelato as it is churned, it sets into thin, crunchy flakes spread throughout the pan. It can also decorate the surface and works on fior di latte, mint or coffee.

Ideal for: stracciatella, chocolate-rippled flavours and decoration.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: melt and drizzle onto the gelato at the end of churning or in the pan.

Dosage: to taste.
