DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Mint Prestige Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with an intense mint taste and a bold green colour, from the Selezione Prestige range.
It is the classic mint for an after eight with Superior Dark Stracciatella or, in a deluxe version, with Brunella CROK Dark Cookie.
Ideal for: mint chocolate, after eight and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
