DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato White Mint Prestige Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with an intense mint taste but a white colour, from the Selezione Prestige range.
Free from colourings, it gives an icy-tasting mint with a natural look, perfect with dark stracciatella or black biscuit for an after-eight flavour.
Ideal for: white mint, mint chocolate and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
