Dark Cookie Cookies Gelato Paste Toschi is an artisan gelato paste with a black cocoa biscuit flavour, the classic cookies & cream loved by younger customers.

The dark cocoa biscuit contrasts with the cream; finish the gelato with crumbled biscuits during batch-freezing and chocolate sauce.

Ideal for: cookies & cream gelato, semifreddi, sticks and gelato cakes.

Features: dark cocoa biscuit flavour.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
