DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Bourbon Vanilla Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with a sweet, intense Bourbon vanilla taste, with seeds and an ivory colour.
A low dosage is enough for a full, refined vanilla; with Superior Dark Plus Stracciatella and Amarena Rubino it becomes a very indulgent crunchy flavour.
Ideal for: vanilla gelato, cups and affogato.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 20 g per kg of mix.
