Leagel Vanille Française paste is made from natural extracts of a rare vanilla variety, with an exotic, sweet, tropical taste and floral notes. It is white, colouring-free and rich in seeds.

Vanille Française paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Crème Parisienne recipe, together with Loveria Latte and Stickaway al Caramello; it also appears in Vanilla Française.

Ideal for: white vanilla gelato, crème anglaise and pastry.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
