Leagel Vaniglia Gold paste combines the aroma of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods with Sicilian citrus essential oils, rested for over 48 hours before processing.
Vaniglia Gold paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Double Caramel recipe, together with Stickaway Cioccolato al Latte and Loveria Caramello; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.
Ideal for: premium vanilla gelato, custard and affogatos.
Features: vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
