Leagel Blackcurrant, Elderberry and Lemon is a ready base from the Fruity & Veggy line for 100% plant-based sorbets: blackcurrant and elderberry brightened by lemon, with real infusions and no additives.
With a complete flavour in a single product, Blackcurrant, Elderberry and Lemon helps you widen the display without complicating production; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: summer sorbets, berry sundaes and vegan desserts.
Features: 100% plant-based, fruit, vegetables and spices, just add water, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 450 g of product per 1 litre of water + olive oil improver.
Processing: cold.
