DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Blood Orange, Turmeric and Chilli is a ready base from the Fruity & Veggy line for 100% plant-based sorbets: three fragrant, pungent ingredients, blood orange, turmeric and chilli, with a vitamin-bright colour.
Blood Orange, Turmeric and Chilli cuts the steps in the lab, since you only add the stated liquid and batch-freeze; it is the practical answer on the busiest days.
Ideal for: spiced sorbets, aperitifs and dark chocolate pairings.
Features: 100% plant-based, fruit, vegetables and spices, just add water, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
