DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Gianduia Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with 55% hazelnuts, for a taste balanced between hazelnut and cocoa.
It gives a rich, creamy gianduia, a classic of Piedmont tradition, to ripple with Brunella Gianduia or chopped hazelnuts.
Ideal for: gianduia gelato, cremino flavours and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
