DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Toschi Gianduja paste is a high-quality cocoa and hazelnut paste made with 34% roasted Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, for a rich, velvety gianduja gelato.

Ideal for: gianduja gelato, semifreddi, pralines and cake fillings.

Directions: mix the paste into the base (water or milk), leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80–100 g of paste per 1 litre of base mix.
