DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
This Leagel Stickaway Strawberry is designed for high-output labs making stracciatella and sticks: a strawberry white chocolate coating with 65% white chocolate and cocoa butter.
Drizzled over freshly churned gelato, Stickaway Strawberry breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella; it also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches.
Ideal for: stracciatella trays, sticks and single portions in batches.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
